Our client

Greyhound, a First Group PLC, is a provider of scheduled intercity coach services in the US,Canada and Mexico. Based in Dallas, Texas, Greyhound provides scheduled passenger services 4,000 destinations, carrying approximately 17,2m passengers a year.
Greyhound is our first North American customer.

Their challenge

Greyhound was keen to introduce onboard infotainment to create enjoyable and memorable journeys for its passengers.
Coach travel is a key operative in interstate travel and Greyhound wanted to implement a service that would make them more attractive to customers. They decided they wanted a fully interactive onboard entertainment solution and enlisted us to develop and implement it for them.

The solution

Along with Icomera, Greyhound’s onboard Wi-Fi provider, we delivered an innovative onboard platform across the motorcoach operator’s fleet of buses.
Through our unique Digital Rights Management (DRM) system, passengers can connect on any device (Android, iOS or PC) through their regular web browser and watch the latest Hollywood blockbusters including Black Panther, Star Wars: The Last Jedi and Despicable Me 3, TV boxsets and much more.
